Bell and FIFA fans show their passion for soccer with digital face paints, welcoming teams from all over the world to Canada.
Bell shares its pride for Canadian multi-culturalism with a digital activation that invites FIFA fans to digitally paint their faces with the country’s flag they are cheering for.
As national sponsor of FIFA Women’s World Cup Canada 2015, Bell set out to do something special which would represent the pride that all Canadians share of their multi-cultural and diverse country of people. As a result, Cinco built a customized web application where fans picked their country flag from the twenty-four countries competing, and painted their face digitally. Cinco’s teams engaged soccer fans online, at stadiums and at multi-cultural events for a total of thirty-one days across seven markets. Digital face paints were shared on thousands of fans’ social media platforms. In the end, one lucky winner and a friend won a once in a lifetime experience in Vancouver to watch the FIFA finals VIP style.
